Before Your Appointment

We appreciate your trust in Beautē Lounge. Please review the following guidelines before booking or making changes to an appointment.

Arrive On Time

Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full service experience without shortening the appointment.

24-Hour Notice

At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.

Late Changes

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee.

Missed Appointments

Missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Booking Deposit

A $20 deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward your scheduled service.

Refund Policies

Every service is performed with intention, care, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience.

  • All services are non-refundable once completed.
  • If you are not fully satisfied, notify us within 48 hours so our team can review the service and, when appropriate, offer a reasonable adjustment.
  • Deposits and payments made toward appointments are non-refundable.
  • Appointment deposits and payments may be transferred to a future booking when changes are made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Your satisfaction matters to us. Please contact the lounge promptly so we have the opportunity to review your concern and help whenever a reasonable correction is appropriate.

Membership Terms

Memberships are designed to support consistent self-care while keeping monthly benefits flexible and easy to use.

  • Memberships begin with a 3-month commitment.
  • After the initial commitment, memberships automatically continue month-to-month until canceled.
  • Unused services may roll over one time.
  • A monthly service may be shared with your Beautē Bestie when you are unable to use it.
  • A 30-day notice is required for membership cancellations.
