Choose enough time
When booking several services or preparing for an event, allow time for consultation, transitions, checkout, dressing, photographs, and travel.
Disclose important information
Share allergies, sensitivities, medications, active products, recent procedures, pregnancy-related considerations, extensions, and relevant service history.
Complete the reservation
A $20 deposit may be required to secure an appointment and is applied according to the booking and salon policies.

Service Preparation
A few details by category
Preparation requirements can differ by the exact service. Always follow the instructions in your confirmation and the live Vagaro description.
Nails
Arrive with information about existing product, repairs, or removals. Additional time may be needed when product from another salon must be removed.
Lashes & Brows
Arrive without mascara, strip-lash adhesive, heavy eye makeup, or oily products whenever possible. Disclose current extensions and recent brow or eye services.
Waxing
Allow appropriate hair growth, avoid irritated or sunburned skin, and disclose retinoids, prescription products, recent peels, laser, or resurfacing.
Hair & Scalp
Read whether the booked service requires clean, dry hair or includes cleansing. Disclose extensions, chemical services, scalp sensitivity, and hair history.
Makeup
Bring inspiration, event details, and your preferred lip product for touch-ups. Arrive with clean skin unless your artist directs otherwise.
Express Skin
Disclose active ingredients, prescriptions, allergies, recent waxing, injectables, peels, laser, resurfacing, and any current irritation.
Payments & Changes
Know the policy before your appointment
Clear expectations protect the time reserved for every guest and professional.
Changes & Cancellations
Provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Changes under 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee.
Missed Appointments
A missed appointment may be charged at 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Deposits
The standard $20 booking deposit is applied to the service. Deposit and appointment-payment transfer rules are explained in the full Policies page.
Completed Services
Completed services are non-refundable. Contact Beautē Lounge within 48 hours when a service needs review so the team can assess a reasonable adjustment where appropriate.

Service areas contain professional tools, products, and active workspaces. Please follow the age and guest rules attached to the booked service.

What should I do when I am unsure which service to book?
Call or text before reserving. Describe your current condition, desired result, existing product or extensions, and any timing deadline.
Do I need to arrive early?
Arrive with enough time to park, locate the suite, and check in, but avoid arriving excessively early when the lounge is assisting other guests.
Can I add another service when I arrive?
Only when the professional, room, and schedule allow. Booking all desired services in advance gives the best chance of completing them.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Available payment methods are displayed during booking or confirmed by the salon. Event and membership payments may follow separate agreements.
What happens if a service is not appropriate for me?
Beautē Lounge may modify, postpone, or decline a service when safety, suitability, preparation, timing, or professional scope requires it.
